Assist superior to make reservation and coordinate timing for training groups to visit different organizations, agencies or companies, as well as communicate the detailed visiting arrangement and schedule with the organizations. Develop and maintain relevant teachers and on-site teaching resources with local elements, and recommend the development and market recommendation of relevant new training products to superior; 3. Assist superior to organize and develop the best hardware resources related to training programs such as accommodation, dining, classrooms, and tea breaks; 4. Follow training groups to attend lectures, assess the quality of curriculum, as well as communicate the problems with lecturers and provide constructive feedback, in order to boost customers’ satisfaction continually; 5. To share local profiles and special advantages for colleagues in the marketing department of the company, and provide local quality training experience materials to help colleagues in the marketing department attract new customers more effectively; 6. Be aware of domestic and international current affairs politics, industrial economy, and urban planning development trends equal to the industry information related to training needs. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, have good knowledge of current affairs, policy’s new phrases for both USA and China; 2. Possess good communication, organization, coordination and writing skills, fluent in Chinese and English, and being resilient in all circumstances; 3. Able to work in flexible hours, take short-term business trip to China whenever required, according to work arrangement made by department; 4. Strong learning ability, good at information gathering, passionate about acquiring new knowledge, able to write good Chinese articles; 5. Strong execution skills and sense of responsibility, control the pace of project’s progress actively and appropriately.
